Alternative Education
Our alternative education schools and programs span the continuum including alternative discipline schools, emotional support classrooms, and in-school alternative programs.
School-Based Therapeutic Services
Pathways provide full-service therapeutic services to schools ranging from onsite staff training to delivering therapeutic interventions.
Community-Based Services
Pathways Para-professional Readiness Employment Program (PREP) provides individuals with the credentials and skills needed to gain an entry-level position as either a Para-professional or Behavior Interventionist in a Pathways youth facility.
Counseling Program
Pathways clinical program offers access to specific skills and wrap-around services that address the maladaptive behaviors causing disruptions in the traditional setting.

Our Approach to Exceptional Care
Create an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) for each student.
Develop and nurture authentic, healthy relationships that foster a culture of trust and respect.
Provide exceptional counseling services and quality instruction based on individual student needs.
Maintain connections with students throughout their transition back to their home schools and provide supports for both students and staff.
Establish graduation plans and provide support for students as they transition to college, work force, or apprentice programs.

Everything I went through and overcame was because of my support system, Parkway of course. I realized just because I go through some things that doesn’t define what I will do with it after. It’s my choice and my choice is to take what I know and use it to the best of my abilities and learn as much as I can. My biggest win from Parkway was learning and understanding that I had to love & value myself first! The team guided me through and helped me realize there’s more to life.
