Counseling Program
Overview
Many students are lacking the social-emotional skills needed to maintain appropriate behaviors in school and other social settings. Pathways clinical program offers access to specific skills and wrap-around services that address the maladaptive behaviors causing disruptions in the traditional setting. As a smaller setting, with individualized plans, we have the unique opportunity to observe, collect data, and create a plan of specific strategies and interventions for each student. Our clinicians receive extensive training in Trauma-Informed Care, data-driven techniques to assess concerns, and action-oriented interventions aimed to decrease behaviors and encourage pro-social skills.
